By selecting our customization upgrade option, you are opting to design your order beyond our pre-designed styles (this applies but is not limited to custom fonts, layouts, graphics, etc).
To apply the customization fee to your project, please add the listing to your cart with your order. Please add notes to your order with your requested customizations, or email us at hello@luxeandlinen.com. Please add a note to your order with BOTH your event date and requested delivery deadline so that we can meet your timeline.
The customization fee covers the additional design time, proofing/mockups, and setup required to create a fully custom design and layout tailored to your vision. This applies to requests including custom fonts, verbiage, layouts, sizing, or unique design elements outside of our standard style offerings. You will receive a digital design proof/mockup for your review and approval prior to production.
**Kindly Note: All custom orders require your written approval before moving into production. Luxe + Linen is not responsible for production/shipping delays and/or fees required to meet your deadline as a result from your late approval. Customized orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund nor exchange.
