Meet Your Designer
Hi, I'm Kyrsti Wess, the founder and creative director of Luxe + Linen, and the passionate leader of your next design project! With over 12 years of experience in the creative space, my background includes corporate brand marketing, interior design, and production of custom event details and décor. Throughout my professional career, I've helped organizations and individuals shape how guests experience their brands, spaces, and gatherings across an array of beautiful touchpoints. No matter the application, my expertise remains the same: translating your objectives into a memorable experience through impactful design.
Our Process
Intro & Discovery
Every project begins with understanding the experience you want to create. As you complete our project inquiry form, we’ll ask about your space, event, or brand, your goals, desired timeline, estimated investment, and how you hope people will feel when they experience it.
From there, our team will reach out via email for introductions, and we'll recommend the best starting point for your project.
Design Overview
Our work begins with a focused design consultation where we explore your vision, audience, existing brand, functional needs, creative challenges, and opportunities within the space. Depending on the project, this may include a virtual consultation, an on-site walkthrough, a review of existing plans or photographs, or an audit of the current guest experience.
Following discovery, we’ll provide a recommended scope of work outlining the services, deliverables, timeline, and investment needed to support your project.
Creative Direction
Once the project is approved, we establish the visual and experiential direction.
Through our signature Moodscape™, we begin defining the feeling of the project and the design language that will guide it. This may include:

Design Development
With the creative direction established, we translate the vision into tangible recommendations, selections and custom design concepts.
Depending on your scope, this phase may include:

- Styling and merchandising concepts

- Menu and collateral design

Design development is collaborative, with clearly defined presentation and revision rounds to keep the project focused and moving forward.
Production & Project Management
Once the designs and selections are approved, we help bring the experience to life.
Elements that align with our studio capabilities will be fabricated in-house, including signage, menus, displays and bespoke physical brand touchpoints.
For work requiring additional specialists, we will collaborate with trusted contractors, installers, fabricators, and creative partners. Depending on the selected level of service, we may provide referrals, coordinate directly with vendors, review samples and proofs, manage production details, and help maintain the integrity of the design throughout execution.
Installation & Styling
For projects that include installation or on-site styling, our studio coordinates the final details to ensure the experience feels cohesive from every angle.
This may include installation oversight, placement of signage and decorative elements, styling of guest-facing areas, merchandising support, final adjustments, professional photography coordination, and a walkthrough of the completed space or event environment.
