- Please add a note to your order with the customizations required. High resolution photos must be sent via email to hello@luxeandlinen.com with your customization details and order number.
- You are responsible for the image quality sent to us; any pixelation or blur in the photo print due to low image quality will not be the at the responsibility of Luxe + Linen to resolve. Please keep in mind that printed photos may not be as clear as digital versions due to the nature of the printing technology. Furthermore, there may be minor variances in the final colors of your printed photo compared to your computer screen depending on your screen color and resolution.
- You will receive a digital design mockup via email that must be approved by you before we move into production.
- Please note: customization details must be submitted to our team no later than 3 weeks prior to your event date or requested delivery date (whichever comes first). If you need additional pieces, please place an additional order through our website.

Gently wipe your acrylic with a soft, lint-free cloth and warm water. Avoid using paper towels or abrasive materials, as they can cause micro-scratches. Do not use harsh ammonia-based or alcohol cleaners, as these can cloud or damage the surface. Please be careful around any areas with printed ink, as the ink can discolor or rub off if not gently nor properly cared for.
